Have you ever wondered how much influence a winemaker actually has on the end result of their wines each vintage?  Do you love the mysterious grape Cabernet Franc?

Join us for the first annual Friesen Franc Off. Four premier wineries in Texas each took portions of the 2023 vintage of Friesen Vineyards Cabernet Franc, harvested at the same exact time, and made the wines in their unique styles. Ron Yates, William Chris Vineyards, Lost Draw Cellars, and Signor Vineyards will all be here to showcase their takes on beautiful grape.  Compare and contrast how each winery’s methods and techniques creates entirely different wines from the same exact fruit.

Grape grower, John Friesen will be on hand to sample additional wines made with grapes grown at Friesen Vineyards.

This casual tasting event welcomes both club members from all four wineries and visitors alike.

Cabernet Franc from each winery will be available for purchase by the bottle.
